I would like to first start out by saying due to potential legal ramifications i will not be using this realtors name i will be using a domian name i legally own and all paperwork listed in pictures below are public record and documents i own.
I met with a local realtor named Sandyblanton.org to sell him my house 0n 3703 Lee st in 2007. Sandy met with me at the property where he made me an offer on the house . Sandy later met me back at the property within the week to sign paperwork . In this paper work he had a promissory note for eighteen thousand dollars that would be yielding 10% interest and he wrote a check for two thousand dollars. Sandy had me sign my house over to him with other paperwork that same day. I put this paperwork up and figured it was gaining 10% interest . i later received mail from the IRS stating that i owed them money on twenty one thousand dollars from Sandy. After getting this letter from the IRS i called Sandy and asked for my money that he never paid me for and why was i turned in to the IRS sandy asked me one question and that was .. David do you have the promissory note? i told him i lost it and he told me to have a nice day and hung up on me. I moved from one house to another house and lost the promissory note that Sandy gave me.
I later found the promissory note and contacted Sandy one more time to give him a chance to do the right thing and pay me the money he has a secretary answer and never will return a call or meet with me. This man rents out my house that he stole from me for 11 years then the house burns down and he collects the insurance money on it . I recently attempted to contact Sandy regarding this matter and i get his secretary on the phone who takes my name . Later that night i get a call from the police department asking me not to make contact with the man anymore that he does not want to talk with me or pay me. I am writing this to inform the good people of Pensacola my story that is backed up by proof. I will be Bringing this case before the board of realtors BEWARE OF
